Do I need an account to ask?
No. Just your email, your company and what you need. You only make an account if you accept the quote.
How much will it cost?
Every job is quoted on its own, as one fixed price, before anything starts. You see it in your email and decide.
When do I pay?
When you accept the quote. You pay securely by Stripe, and we book the work in once your store is connected.
What do you need from me?
Access to your Shopify store as a collaborator, and your theme code if it's in GitHub. We ask for it when you accept, and it takes a couple of minutes.
How long will it take?
We book it in as soon as you're connected and email you the dates. Design and development jobs can run over more than one month, because each stage waits for your sign-off.
What if I have questions along the way?
