Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Charle Signal (the “Service”), provided by Charle London Ltd (“Charle”, “we”). By signing in to Signal or connecting a third-party data source to it, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

Signal is a read-only analytics dashboard. It connects to your Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console accounts (via OAuth) and renders dashboards combining that data with Signal’s own product analytics.

2. Accounts

You’re responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials and for any actions taken under your account. Notify us at nic@charle.co.uk if you suspect your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to access data you aren’t authorised to access; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, probe or attack the Service; (c) use the Service to harm or harass others or to violate any law.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to data you bring into Signal, including data we read from your Google Analytics or Search Console accounts. We process that data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect any third-party integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or breach the acceptable-use rules above.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Signal depends on third-party APIs (Google, Supabase, PostHog) which may be unavailable from time to time outside our control. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charle London Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll update the “last updated” date and notify account holders by email of any material changes before they take effect.
